New family room furniture

I loved my old couches and they lasted longer than I thought they would, but they were becoming thread bare in some places. We have been looking for a long time but could never agree. Notice no coffee table, that's because we got a wii and Les felt it was in the way and we no longer needed one.

This is the first thing we have agreed upon so I felt we should make the move before one of us changed our minds. It's kind of a Chanille material, so it should last long and clean easy.

I know it's a lot of red in here, but I needed something cheery, may use other accents later.

They're really comfortable, and Salsa just noticed she was not in the picture. Sorry Salsa, too late!

Donnie Mac's Trailer Park Cuisine

Lindsay's in town and we decided to try a different resturaunt. This was great! The pictures don't do it justice. The whole atmosphere was that of a sleezy trailer park, complete with pink falmingo's

This was just one of the tables in a 36 Chevy
There were old couches everywhere, most of the booths were divided by plastic shower curtains.

The chairs were old bus seats on wheels.

The outside patio was just a bunch of old couches and chairs. It was really fun and the food was good too.

Les's Family reunion at Twisp Washington

Les's brothers and sisters get together in Twisp Washington at his brother Chip's home every year. His sister Mary Jean passed away last year, so there is just the 5 of them left. I felt bad I couldn't go, but needed to be with mom. Chip's son Hank owns most of the businesses in Twisp. This is his deli.

This is the family: Ted, the youngest on the left, Vivian, Chip the oldest at 81, Fran and Les is 2nd youngest and Chip's dog Blue.

This is Hanks, chip's sons, cabin just outside of Twisp. It's a beautiful setting

This is part of the grounds around Hank's cabin. Pretty nice hu?
