My New Phone

This is my new phone, I know it's not too exciting, but I don't have any of my grandkids or kids around, but it's exciting to me. It would be even greater if I knew how to do half the things it does. I need to go visit one of my kids so they can show me. If I can't figure out everything on my phone, I don't know how we will set up our wii.

Newsflash! We got a Wii.
I know this isn't exciting for some of you, but we have been looking everywhere. I hit all the stores often, that sell them, trying to get one. Whitnie called me from Costco in Oregon and I told her to pick one up for us. We have played it with friends and at Molly's house and it was lots of fun, besides it will be good when grandkids come.

Bad business decision

Honks was our favorite 99 cent store. It was always neat and clean and fairly close. I understand they had been in business at that same location for years. About a year and a half ago they decided to make it a $1.05 store. Just out of principle, we stopped shopping there except when I needed something quickly. Obviously, others felt the same. Too bad.

Snow

When you think of snow, this probably isn't what you visualize. This is snow, in a parking lot, left over from the January storm, it's now Feb. 19th, not so pretty is it. Snow is so beautiful and the whitest of white when it first falls, then comes this. I bet there's a teaching lesson in there somewhere.

Left Over Snow

OK I like snow and I like Nampa, but this is snow left over from a storm on Jan. 25th and it's now February 15th. Enough already it's time to move on. Hopefully it's supposed to be in the 40's and sunny so maybe it will speed up the melting process. If you look at the driveway, it's still icy too. I guess that's what you get when you have a north facing house, right Molly?

Rather be in So Cal than in the snow

Its in the 70's and Averi enjoys being outside

Owen was in this picture, but left suddenly, the pool looks tempting

Here's Owen but decided to look the other way. He's so busy, he's hard to catch, but as you can see it looks a little different than Molly's picture from Utah this week!

Meet Wade Bishop!

He's about 5 hours old, his mom had a really tough time, but is doing well now.

Adam is a proud daddy and thankful mom and baby are fine.

He looks tiny, but he was 8.10 lbs and 21 1/4th inches

As you can see all looks well

I'm proud to be a grandma again, it is such a miracle!

He's finally here!

Wade McIrwin Bishop was born February 2nd at 4:22 am. He weighs 8 lbs 12 oz. Stacey had a terrible time. The dr. sent her to the hospital about 10:30am to start her labor. They couldn't get the epidural to work, so she was in great pain. She and baby are tired but are both ok. We are so excited about this little blessing from heaven.
