Chocolate Pudding Cake

1. (Crust) 2 1/4 cups flour, 1 cup chopped nuts, 2 cubes melted butter.
Press into 9x13 pan, bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown

2. (1st layer) 2 - 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1-9 oz cool whip (thawed)
Mix cream cheese & sugar well, fold in cool whip, pour over crust

3. (2nd layer) 2 large pkg instant chocolate pudding, 4 cups milk
Beat and pour over 1st layer

4. (3rd layer) Top with large container of Cool Whip and shave Hersheys candy bar over Cool Whip. Refrigerate
